Just finished baking these bad boys, I substituted parsley for fresh oregano and added a bit more cayenne and lastly I made my garlic into a paste and these came out ABSOLUTELY PERFECTO!!!! Thanks for the awesome recipes Chef John!!!

Wait yeast to time ???? (I’m talking about the beginning part ) because the first yeast looks yellow brown then it looks white ???
