Hi Emilee, thanks for your question. If you have a mesh sifter that will work! Or just using a whisk to break up any lumps will work as well. Enjoy 🙂

    What if I don’t have a sifter?

    No it won’t.

I actually find it easier if you just add the dry ingredience to a bowl and use a whisk to mix it together the sugar granuals ensure that there is no lumps. Also just add wet to dry not dry to wet like they did. Comes out so much better.

Thanks for your question. Mixing the ingredients in one bowl should work OK, just make sure you sift the dry ingredients together first, and beat the eggs lightly before adding to the bowl. Hope that helps!

can you mix the dry and wet ingredients in one bowl together in the order flour sugar salt and then the wet ingredients?

nice. for golden brown crepes in a frying pan i use about 1-2 centimeters of vegetable oil coating the entire pan, turn the heat up to about 6 until its boiling and you can play with the heat between 4-6 on the knob. i also like to nuke soft butter and sprinkle brown sugar on top then pour on the melted butter.cheers!
