    I put mine covered in the oven (which is turned off). The heat of the oven light seems to keep a constant “room temperature”. Or maybe just let it rise for a little bit longer until it doubles.

    When I put my dough to Rise…It did rise, but did not double in size.
    I know its winters now a days, so whats the best way to give it the right warm temperature to rise ?

    Thanks for a great video! I’m going to try bread making for the first time, since buying bread actually is just a added strain to the budget. Plus, it something I’ve always wanted to step up to in the kitchen. Please add a video on how to make cinnamon spread in addition to the French bread.
