    Totally not how to make a molten chocolate cake.

    It’s actually a flourless chocolate cake that’s baked inside a hot water bath so the surface cooks until it’s cake, and the core heats until it’s a warm pudding.

    This is great, but its missing something. Not quite a clone. Doesn’t Chilli’s have a giant chunk of solid chocolate at the bottom? I only had it once but that was my favorite part.
