    0:35 – Dear ladies, that rice (like any other kind of rice) has no gluten at all! It’s just about its starch content, which makes it sticky.

    You can use roasted bean or sesame seeds for topping. In Thailand , we use both. Another tip for cooking rice, soak rice for 1 night before cooking or at least a couple hours otherwise your sticky rice will be hard. You do not have to flip rice while cooking.
