    If anyone wants to filet a fresh catch in this manner, its called a butterfly filet. Its super easy to do and there are a handful of good videos on YouTube that will show you how to do it.

    That really doesn’t look like rainbow trout. In my experience, rainbow trout looks and tastes like salmon.  That looks like bass… trout isn’t white… strange.
