    Mam my rasagulas was hard.it shuld be soft knw.hw to make it soft enough

    Actually it was a bit watery? I tried making them in to balls but it stuck to my hand
    So I left it to srain for a furthur couple of hours
    Then knead the curd in to balls
    I still failed

    Paneer could be very dry or you did not knead the paneer

    Hi
    I made this recipe a week ago
    It was a disaster
    While I cooked the panner in the syrup water they didnt keep shape it all split
    Any ideas what I can do?

    Arrka, use the recipe I have for Chum Chum except add 1/2 cup of more water in sugar syrup
