If you have a high speed blender you can blend it for a long time, and the friction actually heats up the food inside, but keeps it raw.

Only odd thing I see is the soap is not warm – its at room temperature or worst cold. I don’t think I would like a cold soup. Can I heat it Megan ?Do you have a healthy suggestion?

    2. I actually found I felt a little more cold tolerant than before. I’ve heard that the cleaner raw diet helps our system to circulate better, thus everything works better including our temperature modulation. I felt this to be so for me.
Hope you find what works for you. :)))
