I am so glad that you liked the video. You can use evaporated milk – it just might not be quite as rich, but I am sure it would taste great. Thanks for watching.

You can use any kind of mushroom you like. I was able to get these at Whole Foods and it came as a mixture, but I think it would work well with whatever kind you have or like.

Hi I wondering if we can use any type of mushrooms or just a limited of it?
Cause some says only butter mushrooms

I don’t understand your question. You just stir the ingredients – you don’t blend them.

we dont have to blend the whole thing? O.o

No way I ever go to use pre sliced and diced ingredients. If I use fresh stuff, it has to be fresh und in the shape it usually comes in.

thank you for your video. it is very helpful.i will definitely use yr recipe instead using off the can.. by the way, i sometime use evaporated milk instead of cream since cream is quite expensive here. it may taste a bit different but it will do.

Half and half is half cream and half milk.

You could use all milk or cream, if you want a really rich soup.
