    The problem already starts with the smell of the bare chemical. Also people told me the same about philippino palm vinegar where the smell nearly makes me barf as with any vinegar. So sorry i pretty much doubt what you tell me. But at least vahchef has many amazing recip[es without vingear which i love

    Balchao or many other Goan dishes without vinegar would be horrible! The flavour of the vinegar is an essential part of many Goan dishes, and if you can get the Goan palm vinegar, the smell and taste is awesome!

    Why did you mention about being careful while cooking the curry? I didn’t understand the connection between meat in the curry and being careful. Thank you very much for the recipe btw.
