Looks very good. I ought to try this sometime. The blend of spices does not seem to be all too pungent save for the cumin, but Filipino curries are supposed to be milder and sweeter than their Southeast Asian counterparts from Malaysia, Indonesia, and Singapore. Mind you, you actually made the masala mixture out of scratch, which nobody does anymore. So I totally have you give you props for that. Delish.
