    – I am not Italian. This is a really simple recipe and it is totally fine to frost a cake in the pan it is cooked in.

    Hi are you Italian? I always though Italian cream cake was so hard to make but yours looks delicious and simple enough. Thank you for sharing this recipe! I have seen so many cake recipes on YouTube and a lot ate frosted in the same pan they were cooked in. Is this something that is ok to do because it’s not a layer cake? Thanks!

    – It is a 7 quart Viking. I ordered it online. You can get it directly from Viking or there are kitchen stores online that carry them. If you google 7 quart Viking stand mixer, there are a lot of options that you can see for purchasing one. Hope this helps.

    – – Thank you. The pan is made by Analon and I ordered it online a few years ago from Cooking.com, I believe. It may have come from another online kitchen store similar to that one.
