    This is the same as Haitian fried chicken. We do add lime juice (lemon or vinegar if no lime avail.), marinate & then cook & fry. Usually we’ll marinate the meat for 30mins, or up to a day in advance. We also use scallions(green onions) or leeks rather than onions. Looks soooo yummy!

    Sure a big bowl of mashed potatoes would go well, served family style for the table. Or polenta would be great too. For dessert, our new favorite thing for entertaining is our Strawberry Rhubarb Fool (video is in the Kin Eats Playlist). So Great! And easy since it can all be made the day before and served the day of. It’s Amazing! Your guests will love it! 🙂
