    Raw eggs are not a problem. The issue is that some countries have unsanitary factory farmed eggs that are contaminated with feces. Same goes for the dangers in ground beef. People ate things like beef tartare, which is raw beef with raw egg, for ages without any ill effect. Industrialized farming has changed all that.
