    IMO you should only cook the meat if it’s not very good. If you can get fresh free-range meat like you do in Cambodia or Thailand, you will just ruin this dish if you cook the meat.

    Spread the Khmer love! It is good to see that we put out our khmer food in public cause even fried rice and eggrolls are not just made by chinese people. I hate when those food that we make also is being referred as “Chinese food,” it should be referred as “Asian food” because in our country fried rice and eggrolls are traditional as well. Lets hope other neighboring country doesn’t take this “Plea Sach Gho” as their own recipe.
