The word “bento” means “convenient” or “a meal packed in a box”. I am not trying to recreate traditional Japanese bento recipes. I love the concept of bento lunches. So I come up with recipes that fit that concept 🙂

I have to stay away from a lot of animal based products because they give me really bad heartburn 🙁 Lately I’ve been trying more vegan and raw vegan recipes, so I guess that’s the reason why my latest videos are mostly vegan recipes. I will continue uploading a variety of lunches though 🙂 Just wanted to take advantage of all the fresh yummy fruits and vegetables we have right now.
