I separate my egg whites and yolks and first aerate/beat my egg white to make my crepes extra fluffy, because dence crepes are not as yummy.

Much better if you add sugar, vanilla, cinnamon, a pinch of salt, and some ginger.
I also replaced the butter with olive oil. It was gewd.

I added 1/4 of a cup of caster sugar and 1/2 a tea spoon of vanilla and they turned out really well! 🙂
