im picturing it in my head. Seems like the creme brulee i had in Hard Rock Cafe xD So the layer of sugar ontop has to be thin? I guess u need it to be easy for others to break in.

Hello ^-^ I just want to say that this is my first time watching one of ur videos and I’m so happy I did! I am planning to bake alot of nice pastries so I searched youtube for cooking channels, there are alot, but my fave color is Yellow so I felt tempted to try urs out:D
Your kitchen is so pretty and clean and the Creme Brulee looks good too. Usually when I READ the recipe it seemed longer and difficult. Urs was pretty easy to follow so yeah, this is my main cooking channel from now on. Thank u

Hi , i’m french and your recipe seems to be good. I’ll just give you some details to make the perfect “crème brûlée”. First, the cups you use are too deep and narrow. Instead, use larger and low depth cups.

A last, use brown sugar (cassonade) instead of white sugar for the top toffee. In the video you put too much sugar, put less sugar , just enough to form a thin cover, then use the burner and stop when all sugar has a light-brown color . Bon appétit !!!
