    Hi shruti,I tried this vada today nd cm out very nice.I thk I added little more water so it became more crispy bt anyway thanks fr posting this recipe in an easy way.

    I think you can but make sure to keep the fish in the coldest part of the refrigerator …. usually the top rack.

    Yes. Absolutely. You can keep it in the fridge in an air tight container. In fact, keeping it in the refrigerator would make it more crispy and crunchy when you fry it.
