    Here’s a simpler Recipe, and its Helluva lot easier and better tasting:

    Cut Potatoes into Wedges so they can stand and not lay flat.

    Put wedges into a Bowl, Pour Wedges with Olive Oil enough to coat nicely.

    Sprinkle with Desired seasonings, Toss the Wedges and Mixture in the bow until fairly coated.

    Cook in preheated oven that’s set to 450 degrees and cook 20-30 mins [Or until Desired Consistency and Color]
