    Nice video Chef. I do mine similar to yours ( i add some soy sauce to mine) and no butter at the end. I will try it your way and see what my better half has to say. She loves redfish on the half shell. Not that it matters, but that sure did look like a black drum instead of a red drum. Either way, they are both good prepared this way.

    too much soy sauce!!! and don tell me is not!! i am use soy sauce everyday i know how much saltiness with those amount of soysauce would give!! killing all the good taste from redfish dam!! this seasoning are killing!
