hi lynn. hot and spicy is for me and my guys. funny the name is three amigos, as myself and 2 best friends have been watching super bowl for over30 years together. they would want ground beef and spicy. so with that said i’ll follow what u put in but use chop meat. i like the idea of the sour cream at the end. good one, peace
