Thanks for the information – right now I am drinking my meals – green smoothies, I just know that God wants us to be Raw so I am just praying alot for some pure ideas. I found a Kale Chip recipe sounds good – (Kale, sunflower seeds, macadamia nuts, bell pepper, lime juice.) Sounds simple – also a cheezy crumbles for salads, (sunflower seeds, macadamia nuts, bell pepper, tomato, lime. These two will be my next experiment. Blessings.

Aww, ‘Proud like a Puma’ just made me laugh and smile so much, you’re such a lovely person Ka. 🙂 I think it *should* be an English expression, I’m going to start using it too!

Before I became Raw I always ate very simple – no onions, garlic, spices or herbs – Just plain green beans, corn, broccoli, rice, etc with a little margarine on it thats it and how I grew up My religious beliefs say no onions, garlic or spicy food. So I ate mostly fruit and nuts and a small salad – no dressing. Anything with vinegar sets my chest on fire & creates inharmony in my feelings. I believe personally that olive oil is very bad for you – so where does this leave me. Any Ideas
