    If people are allergic to nuts. HOw would it be to substitute peanut butter with Tahini in the dipping sauce? if im not wrong the marinade for satay is without nuts right?

    its a sticky rice holder, made from bamboo. sticky rice is different than regular rice and usually served in a special holder like this one.

    Looks really yummy as always. Thank you so much for showing me these different foods that you prepare.Maybe sometime you can do a video on the different types of rice you use.I heard you mention “sticky” rice and I don’t think I’ve ever tried that one….and I really do like rice of any kind! 😉
