    You can! Put blobs on a non-stick baking tray and cook for about 10 minutes at 200 degrees C. A tiny drizzle of sesame oil on them before baking is extra nice!

    when we do our sauces we do it in a mortar and pestle and we put a lot of thai chili peppers. but thats because we love our spicy food =)

    Thanks to Luang Phibunsongkhram who adapted this national dish made way better at vietnamese restaurant stire fried noodle, once I tried vietnamese dish I probably loved Thai style more

    it can be really different , theres alot of different ways to set it up , things to put in and combo of spices , main thing is the noodles the egg and for me the colour. a good pad thai glows red
