    I always use beef or, deer in our chili, have never used cumin or any canned sauce, always use pinto beans, cayenne peppers, green bell peppers, onions and alot of the best chili powder, the best ketchup I can get a hold of and a can of beer. Usually we make about 18 quarts at a time, as it freezes well.

    I agree with Airave. It was a great idea to use the white bean – turkey combo as opposed to red. Awesome
