I made this minus the whipped topping because I didn’t have any LOL I made a cream cheese topping but it was still so good and everyone got a nice portion. I believe I like it more than a large serving of shortcake that you usually see. thanks!

Wonderful recipe, thank you for sharing! Quick and easy, and they turned out great. I’ve been trying to make molten middle cupcakes for a while without much success, but this recipe is foolproof!
I added some chocolate chips to make it even more gooey and chocolatey… But that’s just because I’m a chocoholic 🙂

I want to make Eggless, what is the alternative for it ?

  23. 3MinuteTVSeptember 24, 2013 at 3:21 pmReply

Hi, this recipe contains more flour and a leavening agent, which makes it more cakey in texture; the first video recipe was with very little flour and is much more dense. (If you’ve tried a flourless chocolate cake recipe before it will taste similar). Good luck!

I used olive oil, tastes normal. Really easy to make, mixing wet ingredients together beforehand, quickens the job 🙂
