    Made this today but used a medium dry sherry instead of white wine, and no garlic because I’m out. The flavours were totally amazing.

    You take it off the heat to cook your veg… and the chicken would be 90% cooked if your pan has enough heat in it

    coming from the part of germany where the spätzle are invented, it’s absolutely hilarious to hear how he pronounces it 😀 I just finished my apprenticeship as a chef here in germany, and I’m a huge fan of chef ramsay! would be an absolute honor to just once cook with this bloody legend!
