    Your very welcome. I use about 1 tablespoon in my double Chocolate Cream Cheese frosting. Makes it softer but not runny and also makes it shiny.

    if you want to keep the frosting a wee bit softer add 1 tsp – 1.5 tsp of white corn syrup…just a thought.
