    You’re right. Flax is not good to consume daily anyway. Your best bet are chia seeds because they are so much higher in omega 3’s and have a gell they release which I think will make it come out more like bread, in conjunction with having the same fiber as flax, so it will still seem like ‘raw’ bread. But, the saturated fat in the coconut probably helps stop the omega 3’s in the flax from going rancid too.

    What kind of flax was it though..? Whole (sprouted)? Whole (unsprouted), Ground Up (sprouted)? Ground Up (unsprouted)?
    I’m leery of ground-up flax since it has omega 3’s and 6’s and they get rancid very easily (light, oxygen, or heat), so it seems to me the only healthy choice is whole sprouted (never grinding or blending). Any thoughts anyone..?
