My family laughed when I told them I was going to lose weight with Fat Blast Blueprint, but then they saw the results. Google Fat Blast Blueprint to see their reaction.

Dan made it into ‘rice’ in the food processor—vegan rice hehe

Youre a very sweet man. I love watching your videos. Youre convincing me to go raw. I am maybe 70% raw and could almost consider myself vegan if I didnt love to eat my organic eggs for breakfast every now and then. I do wish I had more access to organic produce around me. There is a scant selection and its dumb expensive. I would love a garden one day. I think we should all have access to growing our own food. Thanks, man!

Watch out for very high fiber foods. Soft foods that are easily digestible like bananas. Avoid spicy or hot foods. Plain, unseasoned tomato sauce or paste. Spices may cause more inflammation. Stay away from chunky vegetable or meat soups. When eating out, make sure the server double checks with the chef before your order is prepared. Beware of condiments that may be added for aesthetics, like parsley. Take Vitamins A, E, C and B9. Also Omega-3’s & a probiotic. Chicken, fish not stringy meat

Hello Pam, summer is supposed to be on its way, over here in the UK. But yesterday the weather was really cold and it was sleeting. This dish really cheered me up and it tasted delicious. Thank you for sharing the video and recipe.

I’m so happy you say “herbs” properly. I hate when people pronounce the “H”

    Looks great!
    Side note…
    *Coriander is the dry seeds.
*Cilantro is the green herb that grows out of those seeds:)
