The thing is I’m on a diet. If I intend to eat some of the treats I make, I can’t really snack on puff pastry that day. It’s the process cooking I enjoy most. Maybe I could make cheesy twists or have someone in the kitchen to eat the scraps so they wouldn’t tempt me. 😀

The leftover dough will be little tiny scraps. Just throw them onto the sheet tray and eat them as a snack while cooking! 😉

I’ve always thought about doing something like this but I’ve never thought of a good way to use the leftover dough. Any ideas?
