UMADBRO!?!?!?!? Seriously, stop taking things is life too seriously. What are you? 70?
akhy357September 24, 2013 at 8:55 am
I think people are mistaking sorted for what it really is. The aim of sorted is to get people to cook easy and satisfying meals, not a certain type of cuisine. I think what they are doing is creative by adding their own twists on food. Abdulaziz from Saudi Arabia
P.S If the Sorted crew is reading this I wish they would make a twist on a delicious rice Saudi dish called kabsa with spices vegetables and a protein. I would appreciate a thumbs up. 😀

So far from what I’ve seen, Levi has been the best celebrity guest on the show yet. Plus his voice is sexy as hell.
MissCarolineGarrettSeptember 24, 2013 at 10:55 am

Chris TruppSeptember 24, 2013 at 2:12 pm
Next time you make this, also add in ketchup menace as well as soy sauce. Awesome.
OnePotChefShowSeptember 24, 2013 at 3:12 pm
If you can’t find one, a large, deep fry pan will work just as well 😉

When using a wok it is best to get it so hot you are scared to put anything in, then its hot enough to cook with
darkpally401September 24, 2013 at 9:28 pm

it was the only thing i had close to shrimps that time. no need to call a an idiot ._.
icutravelnurseSeptember 25, 2013 at 12:31 am
Garlic. So be aware that frozen and fresh is actually the same nutritional value. I take frozen veggies like broccoli spears and other veggies like a blend with carrot and cauliflower and let it thaw overnight. I chop it down a bit. I use left over pork or chicken or seafood of choice and make a good rice dish. I use a splash if sit sauce and also some teriyaki sauce which restaurants use. This is the secret to the taste you’re looking for. Many times I use last night’s Teriyaki steak in there.
icutravelnurseSeptember 25, 2013 at 12:39 am
Hi all! Worked in Chinese restaurants which paid college expenses for Nursing! I know how we made traditional Chinese fried rice. First off, rice MUST be cooked the night before and cold overnight to be used for this recipe. You can use any rice you want such as white, brown or those other rices such as red or black or mix them. The rice needs to be cold for the starchy character that it becomes. So the correct oil is peanut oil and you would have your onions and chopped
Jairzinho121September 25, 2013 at 1:28 am
no u idiot! Shrimp is the essence of a good special fried rice.
