    Also, if you and Judy are ever in NYC you should check out Ippudo’s pork buns. I would recommend a place in Chinatown, but all of the non-Americanized spots I knew from when I was a kid are essentially gone.

    Those look really good. If you are ever in Seattle you should try the humbow’s at Mee Sum Pastry. My favorite are the curry. Cheers!
