    food gets it flavour and savoury taste from the amount of oil you add in it . oil is not good for health .I see you add so much of oil ,sauting and frying . why it wont taste yummy ?? good luck

    MSG is no longer considered unhealthy nor is it banned anymore. The scare of MSG in 1990-2000 was due to un adequate studies. After extensive studies research has found that less then 1% of the population is adversely affected by MSG that too when consumed in large amounts without being added in food. Check Wikipedia

    it is MSG (mono Sodium Glutamate) i just googled the product name, its not good for you, look it up. in fact quite a few supermarkets here in the UK have stopped selling/adding it to there food. cool videos by the way 😉
