there is a link in the description for the full recipe, but you could
probably wing it and it would still be delicious.

It isn’t the starchy foods that your kids are craving, it is probably
protein. You could always make home made chicken nuggets, dusted with
coconut flour or similar. Just chuck some cubed chicken in a bowl with some
red pesto and then coat with coconut flour. Bake for 20 minutes. Nice snack
and should keep the kids quiet. 🙂 Hope it helps.

Why is there no measurements?

This looks pretty easy and I have made soups similar to this one. But here
is my question: If I serve this for dinner to my 4 healthy growing kids,
they will eat 2-3 bowls each and after an hour they will be asking for more
food (a snack). I am having a hard time implementing the Paleo diet at my
house without adding some kind of starch like rice, potatoes or sweet
potatoes because my kids never get enough at dinner/ lunch. Help!
