    I think the B12 issue *IS* important for vegans from what Lady said below…seems that’s the ONLY nutrient missing for strictly vegan eaters. But from what I have read, B12 can be obtained thru nutritional yeast? or supplements? Thanks! By the way,great video…hard for me to understand how anyone could afford to eat out 24/7 but good for her to change for the better AND start a blog to help others!
