Virtually all channels list ingredients used but not the proportion. I suppose I use a cup of water, a cup of salt, a ‘handful’ of spices, 4 peppers, 6 bullions,3 ‘medium-sized’ onions, 4kg of beef…You get the gist. We need to reciprocate the dish. I would be grateful if you could re-do all your videos for dummies and noobs with a lists of ingredients and proportion, followed by steps to take, so that anyone – regardless of the origin, can reciprocate this dish. Thanks!

I’m glad to read that! Cooking is indeed fun! Well done! :))) It’s better to make a massive pot of stew because it freezes well. It saves you having to prepare it every time you need to eat rice and stew. 🙂

If it splashes like that then the heat is too much.

Made this yesterday ommmmggggg. My family and I cannot stop eating and ccommenting. So yummy, even though it was a massive pot of stew. I used fried gizzard, goat, beef and chicken. You’ve made me love cooking now. You’re a blessing in my life, you don’t understand. (This is coming from someone that hated cooking)

Do you mean before adding it to the stew? If yes, I cook it with seasoning then grill it in the oven which is equivalent to deep-frying it in oil before adding it to the stew. Check out my “Grilled Chicken” video for how I do that. Click “show more” under the video to see the link to that video.

I wonder…do you fry the chicken before boiling?
