I wrap them quick like the restaurants do. I use beaten egg on the edges.
No problem with them becoming unsealed. Nice video though, thanks.

Made this over the weekend. I didn’t have oyster sauce, so i substituted
with hoisin sauce. Turned out pretty good, though I wish I had actual
oyster sauce. Came out just a tad too sweet. Though everyone enjoyed it.

Haha, unfortunately I’ve never been to Hoiping, I’m not even sure what
their sense of humor could be generalized as. But hey thanks for checking
out my videos, I really enjoy your cooking videos and hearing the dialect
that grew up with. I just coincidentally had spare ribs today and when I
looked up a recipe online this video came up.
