    You should not taste with the sticks and use the same sticks again to mix. This is no hygenic unless you are gonna eat yourself.

    We just had Chow Mein for lunch and my family loved it. I just modified it a little bit by using fish sauce instead of salt, little bit of oyster sauce, added a teaspoon of vinegar and fresh lemon juice. Thank you very much for posting this wonderful way of preparing the excellent dish!
