    Mozzarella? Use a good mozzarella though, the pull-apart sticks will get a bit rubbery when you fry them.

    People complaining he only made two… They cut up more cheese and would probably deep fry it after filming. The two are just for the video, or at least thats what I think

    Hey, I was thinking how wrong that he just made two but I didn’t even think about the poor camera man. You should really make enough to share, lol It looks so good and it answered my question about using other cheeses.

    Could I use stevia instead of white sugar? Since I use raw sugar or honey on mostly everything the white sugar goes into.
