This is one of our favourite sandwiches of all time… and apparently it’s also one of yours because you requested a meatball marinara sandwich in your drove…

Couscous works well in meatballs instead of breadcrumbs too! Also if you
want to make large meatballs at the same size, try using an ice cream
scoop! 🙂

A good tip is to also use hotdog buns instead of a big sub style bread.
That way people can personalize their own and you can use any leftover hot
dog buns (and they’re cheaper than gourmet bread) at the same time. You
don’t quite get the ability to overstuff them with topping, but still
pretty damn tasty!

could you make a malaysian favorite. Kaya jam or coconut jam as you would
call it. it is usually served with toast and butter with softboiled egg. we
would usually eat it as is and dip it in the egg with dark soy sauce with
some white pepper
