in the end, the correct hungarian wording is: “Viszontlátásra és Jó étvágyat” or without accent” Viszontlatasra es Jo Etvagyat”

I know Hungarian cooking very well and Helen’s Hungarian Heritage Recipes is very impressive and accurate cookbook – especially for the North American born. Fantastic intro to Hungarian culture and customs. If you love good food, you cannot go wrong with this authentic Hungarian Heritage cookbook, I highly recommend it. I want to especially thank the author(s) my aunt and my lovely cousin, for their effort and hard work for bringing this priceless gem to cooking enthusiasts all over the world.

With every HotHungarian cooking video, I re-live my years growing up in a fully Hungarian household in Ontario, then Nevada, now California. The recipes are ALL spot on! The author shares lovely treasured stories, traditions and tantalizing introductions to each cherished recipe. Hungarian History, food, paprika, spices, and best of all, all recipes names are provided in English & Hungarian. I definitely recommend this cookbook! Buy for family and friends, they will love you. Love you, Elizabeth
