    Ah. One of my favorite questions to answer.

    Those ARE crepes. Crepes ARE pancakes. Thing is, some people limit their definition of pancakes to those thick ones often eaten with maple syrup, while the actual pancakes is much broader, also including, among the other things, crepes. It’s like saying “What’s the difference between a lion and a cat?” Depends if you mean the domestic cat or cats in general. So yeah, crepes are and aren’t pancakes depending on what you call pancakes.
