    OMG Just Chinese no way but Chinese is my favorite. Of course Italian, Mexican, Thai, and popular American foods. For Italian I make pizzas, calzones, pastas, lasagna just browse the videos on my channel 🙂

    That’s awesome! I hope you use Koon Chun brand of Plum and Hoisin sauce it makes a difference. This dish is great one of my subscribers say his family pays him to make it 🙂 Hope you try some of my other recipes soon!

    Hoisin sauce is a semi sweet bean paste that’s common in Chinese food. You can find it in Asian markets. Buy the Koon Chun brand if you can find it. Do not buy Dynasty brand, as you can see after the Dy in the name it’s nasty!
