    Hi Gayatri garu, Tried this today. Turned out nice but one problem is that once the coating on the gujiya cooled down, it has crystallised. What could be the reason? Should I need to add citric acid/lemon juice to avoid crystallization?

    Cardamon has a sweet flavour and it enhence the recipe just like vanilla essence does in baking.Hope this helps.
