    Sorry for late reply. I put in raw, uncooked potato in the mix, and cook it all. I think cooking the potato in the sauce makes the sauce thicken with starch from the potato.

    I have never had horse meat, not intentionally. Beef, lamb, mutton are common. You can try it and let me know how it tastes like. In US, its illegal to sell horsemeat. So you have to be in other parts of the world to try it out. Thanks for watching.

    Ahhhh! I am grain free now so I very much miss bibimbap. When you said this was similar I knew I had to try it. Just the idea of quickly blanched lovely vegetables with a really flavorful dressing seems worth the go right there. In America we tend to eat salads all raw which is lovely but this is something delightfully different.
