    I kept watching the video again and again on Chef Jeena’s blogsite, just to hear those passionate, plaintive pleas (background song). Finding the title among these comments, I googled it, and one short click later I was on youtube viewing two different versions of it. My verdict: I like the Butter Chicken Recipe version better!

    its really testy but i found that after adding the egg if we don’t fry it then egg will act like adhesive to the rice for which i gave little bit time to fry the egg n then add the rice. Then our egg fried rice is ready to serve..

    You can use any kind of rice but Jasmine and basmati are two of my favs to use. These were brown basmati rice. Let me know how it turns out for you. Cheers!
