    Oh no..they won’t I soak them in water overnigth and then give it about 5 whistles (approx. 10 mins). It’s really a cook process.Let the pressure cooker cool down before opening it. If using unsoaked beans, just go with either slow cooker method of cooking or give a little longer in pressure cooker like 7-8 whistles (around 15 mins). It also depends on pressure cooker you are using. mine is old school. it is pretty difficult to overcook these beans.
