    Carve the fish yourself then you can also have the skin in a begun/sheem chorchori
    Don’t add mashed potatoes it ruins the taste of the fish
    The flavour of Chital is better in a onion/ginger gravy without any garlic
    Cook the gravy with the the water you boiled the fish in
